Dance as Self-Care

How do we connect to ourselves, each other and the earth? For me, dance is how I listen. I can process life more easily. Slows the noise and grounds me in my physical body — to presence, to feeling, to release.
In movement, there is no hiding.
We meet ourselves in motion — sometimes sensitive, sometimes uncertain and insecure, sometimes brave, but always alive.
We can feel — breathe with the sky, birds and trees — we can completely just be.
